Italian broccolini sauteed with parmiggiano reggiano

Rock shrimp mac & cheese – served with brie – fontina cheese and truffle oil

Eggplant balls – served with tomato sauce and parmiggiano reggiano

Vongole alla casino – baked clams stuffed with peppers , bacon and sun-dried tomatoes, served with a white wine lemon butter sauce

Agnolotti – stuffed with short rib in a carrot, peas, potato, creamy saffron sauce topped with Burrata

Fettuccini Barolo con Agnello con Agnello Brasato – homemade pasta served with braised leg of lamb

Salmone – baked salmon stuffed with risotto wrapped with bacon in a mushroom sauce over roasted dates

Braised lamb shank- served over a parmiggiano creamy polenta

Prime rib-eye – served with broccoli rabe, roasted new potatoes, with a rosemary garlic brown sauce
